Thank you for being interested in who we are. To begin, we have been at this location for just over 27 years. At first we were a simple foreign and domestic parts supplier. We later became a full service shop. About four years ago, we decided that car enthusiast have no real place to go for quality repairs and upgrades. We have evolved into Grand Prix Performance Tuning. We have modern equipment to diagnose and work on all vehicles. We do specialize in Volkswagon, Audi, and late-model Porsche.
My name is Joel Germano, and I have been involved with racing since I was in my twenties. As time has evloved and technology advanced so have we. I can no longer be competitive in the racing market but can give my knowledge to my customers. I have done countless hours of R&D, tried hundreds of parts, and worked with my technicians to find the parts that work for your vehicle. We view each customer as a friend. We want you to feel like you belong here. I know how hard it may be to find a shop that not only can make your car go fast, but also make it reliable for daily use. We try whenever possible to use german quality parts to make our kits work seamlessly with your german made vehicle. Quality is the key. We have found that the shortest way is usually the long way, we always keep that in mind so as not to skimp or really cheat the customer, you, out of anything.
This theory has led me to find technicians that are ASE Certified as well as Factory Trained. At Grand Prix we are not just familiar with your car we know it. Our staff Drives and Owns them just like you. We are capable of building up to 650Hp 1.8l Race engines or something as simple as a chip upgrade for more response when driving. All vehicles need maintenance and we are able to do that as well to keep things easy for you. One place to meet all of your vehicles needs.
